You can return our products by sending them back to us within 14 days (Malaysia) / 20 days (outside Malaysia) of when you received them, provided they are in an original resaleable condition (unopened, unused and in their original packaging).

 

Once we have received the returned product, we will inspect them and notify you within 7 business days whether the refund is approved. 

 

Please note that returned products that are damaged, used or not in their original packaging or condition will not be entitled to a refund.

 

If the return is approved, your refund will usually take between 7 – 14 business days for the amount you paid for the product(s) excluding shipping costs (where applicable) to be credited to your bank account. 

 

Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

SHIPPING INFO 

We are temporarily unable to ship Internationally due to the Pandemic restrictions but we are able to ship to Singapore, Malaysia and East Malaysia. 

We take between 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the product is on its way to you. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

Items will be delivered to your door within the next 1-4 days via Pos Laju.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

All shipping charges will be calculated automatically upon check out and will be based on weight & your shipping rates for your country.

Estimated shipping time would be 3 -10 working days and any delays could be due to custom clearance. 

Any/all duties and customs incurred at destination country are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
